2013 Employer Registration Fees
Registration deadline: Friday, November 1, before 5 pm
Fee: $300
Fee includes: One 10' booth, one 8' skirted table, two lunches, internet, interview space and light refreshments.

Location
The 2013 fair will be held at the Ramada Plaza Suites in Fargo, North Dakota. The Ramada is conveniently located near the city's largest shopping mall, numerous restaurants, and two multiple screen movie theatres. In addition, the Ramada offers free shuttle service to and from the airport, and is easily accessible from Interstates 94 and 29.

Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your registration between October 21 and November 1, your registration fee, minus a $50 processing fee, will be refunded.
There will be no refund for cancellation after November 1.

Displays/Company Literature
Employers may ship displays and materials prior to the fair to the Ramada Plaza Suites, 1635 42nd St SW, Fargo, ND 58103 (Attn: Tri-College Career & Internship Fair-Nov. 13). Shipments should arrive no earlier than November 8. Shipped materials will be delivered to the booth the day of the event. There is no additional fee for this service.

Booth Arrangements Following Career Fair
You are responsible for making return arrangements for your display materials. These arrangements must be made in advance. You must pack up your own materials at the end of the day and take them to the designated pick-up area. We are not responsible for lost or stolen company displays/materials.
